Multi-tenant from the ground up
Every tenant in a partner account has its own portal scope, caller IDs, emergency-service records, users, and CDRs. Whether supporting one office or a hundred, the workflow stays the same: add the tenant, assign numbers, register devices, and enable extension-to-extension calling across diverse data centers and locations.
Hosted PBX is billed per tenant, per extension, and per minute — line-item rates published on the pricing page. Designed for organizations and for the integrators who resell to them.
PBX FAQ
Can we keep existing desk phones?
Device compatibility depends on SIP support, firmware, provisioning, and security policy. Bring your own device is allowed, but its management, configuration, and support are solely the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend using VoiceTel devices and software applications.
Can hosted PBX use VoiceTel numbers?
Yes, numbers and emergency-service records are managed through the VoiceTel number workflow. The PBX product requires at least one emergency number per physical address.
