What messaging customers get
-
A2P 10DLC support
VoiceTel is the messaging transport. Customers handle their own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration through TCR; we route the traffic and surface delivery events.
-
Inbound and outbound SMS/MMS
Support application messaging flows with inbound message handling, outbound sends, and webhook or email delivery to customer systems.
-
Delivery visibility
Expose delivery receipts and message status events to reconcile application state with handset delivery results.
-
High-volume review
For large workloads, route planning, throughput, carrier fees, and campaign constraints are reviewed before cutover.
SMS-enable any number — even one you didn't get from us
If you (or your customer) own a phone number on a different carrier, VoiceTel can SMS-enable it. Sign a Letter of Authorization, we handle the carrier coordination, and the number stays where it is for voice. Useful when a customer can't move their voice service but wants application messaging on the same DID.
