VoiceML · Dashboard

Every call, message, and recording from your VoiceML account.

The VoiceML Dashboard collects the voicemail, recordings, and transcripts your call flows produce, emails each recipient a secure link, and gives operators a live switchboard with call control. Sign in with Google; nothing to install.

How it works

Point a callback at the dashboard; it keeps the rest.

Point a VoiceML callback at the dashboard with the recipient's email address in the URL. The dashboard keeps the complete payload, downloads the recording, and emails the recipient a summary with a link to that one message. Related recording and transcript callbacks are joined into a single message.

How a VoiceML Dashboard message reaches its recipient. Your call flow (<Record> · callbacks), then Dashboard (message + audio), then Email (secure share link), then Recipient (opens or signs in).

What you get

An inbox, a live board, and call control in one place.

  • Messages and share links

Voicemail, recordings, and transcripts in one inbox with All, Voicemail, and Recordings tabs, filters by number, transcript search, and a count of what's new since your last visit. Each emailed link opens just that message, without signing in, and expires after 30 days.

  • Live operator panel

Calls in progress with running timers, today's calls, answer rate, missed calls, and account balance, plus which extensions are registered, ringing, or on a call. The board updates as status callbacks arrive.

  • Call control

From any live call: hang up, transfer to a number or SIP address, send to voicemail, start or stop recording, and start or stop a live transcript that streams into the call view.

  • Transcripts and summaries

Live transcripts are saved as speaker turns. Transcribe a saved recording with the speech provider selected in your VoiceML account (Deepgram, OpenAI Whisper, or whisper.cpp), and optionally add a short post-call summary using your own Anthropic or OpenAI key.

  • Roles and audit log

Recipients see their own messages; operators see their account's calls; administrators invite users by email and review an audit log of every call-control action, including refusals.

  • Softphone in the browser

Operators can open VoiceML Phone in a dashboard window and make and take calls without installing the desktop app. It sets itself up from a VoiceML activation code.

Get started

Sign in, verify the account, point your callbacks.

Recipients need no invitation; their email address is in the callback URL. Operators and other administrators are invited from the Users page.

  1. Sign in with Google

Open the VoiceML Dashboard and sign in with Google.

  2. Verify your VoiceML account

Administrators verify with the Account SID and API key; the dashboard stores the credentials encrypted and makes the verified email an administrator.

  3. Point your callbacks at it

Set your call flows' recording, transcript, and status callbacks to the dashboard, then invite operators and other administrators from the Users page.

VoiceML Dashboard FAQ

Do recipients need an account?
No. The emailed link opens that one message and its audio without signing in. To browse every message addressed to them, recipients sign in with the Google account that matches the email address in the callback URL.
Who can see a message?
Only someone holding that message's share link, or a signed-in user whose verified email owns it. Knowing a call or recording ID is not enough. Operators and administrators see the messages and calls of their own account.
Why doesn't a call show on the live board?
The board follows your account's status callbacks. A number's status callback reports only completed calls; to show calls while they ring, set a statusCallback with the initiated, ringing, answered, and completed events on the <Dial> noun, or on the API request that starts the call.

Open the dashboard.

Sign in with Google, verify your VoiceML account, and point your first voicemail callback at it.
