Auto-provisioning
Snom Redirection Service (SRS) is the equivalent of Yealink RPS / Polycom ZTP. Phones are factory-pointed at provisioning.snom.com; register your phone's MAC range in your SRS portal account and point it at your VoiceTel provisioning URL. Phones boot, hit SRS, redirect, fetch their config, register.
Self-hosted provisioning: phones look for snom<model>-<mac>.xml via HTTP/HTTPS. Contact VoiceTel engineering for a Snom config template.
