Support / Voice / Softphone

Softphone configuration.

Most SIP softphones expose the same set of fields. The values are the same across vendors; only the menu paths differ.

Get SIP credentials

VoiceTel Phone is the supported path

VoiceTel ships its own web, desktop, and mobile calling apps with SIP credentials provisioned automatically through the portal. Use VoiceTel Phone unless you have a specific need for a third-party softphone (for example, integration with an existing CRM that ships a particular softphone, or a Linux desktop where VoiceTel Phone isn't available yet).

The third-party softphone guides below cover configuration but won't get the same support coverage as VoiceTel Phone.
